At Mountains of Cappadocia, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the terms regarding cancellations and refunds for our tours and services.
Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date are non-refundable.

No-shows will not be refunded.
Cancellation by Mountains of Cappadocia

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational issues, Mountains of Cappadocia reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour.

If a tour is canceled by us, customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative date, based on their preference.
Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method used during booking.

Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the bank and payment provider.
Changes to Reservations

Reservation date or participant number changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
Force Majeure
Mountains of Cappadocia is not responsible for cancellations caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or extreme weather conditions.
