Müşteri Tarafından İptal

Tur tarihinden en az 48 saat önce yapılan iptallerde ücretin tamamı iade edilir.

Tur tarihine 48 saatten daha az süre kala yapılan iptallerde iade yapılmaz.

Tura katılım sağlanmaması (no-show) durumunda iade yapılmaz.
Şirket Tarafından İptal
Hava koşulları, güvenlik riskleri veya operasyonel nedenler gibi öngörülemeyen durumlarda At Mountains of Cappadocia turu iptal etme veya erteleme hakkını saklı tutar.

Turun tarafımızca iptal edilmesi durumunda müşterilere:

Alternatif bir tarih
seçenekleri sunulur.

İade Yöntemi

Onaylanan iadeler, rezervasyon sırasında kullanılan orijinal ödeme yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilir.

İade süreci, bankaya ve ödeme sağlayıcısına bağlı olarak 7–14 iş günü sürebilir.
Rezervasyon Değişiklikleri

Tarih veya katılımcı sayısı değişiklikleri müsaitlik durumuna bağlıdır.

Değişiklik taleplerinin turdan en az 48 saat önce yapılması gerekmektedir.
Mücbir Sebepler
Doğal afetler, resmi kısıtlamalar, aşırı hava koşulları gibi mücbir sebeplerden kaynaklanan iptallerden At Mountains of Cappadocia sorumlu tutulamaz.

Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date are non-refundable.

No-shows are not eligible for any refund.
Cancellation by Mountains of Cappadocia
In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational issues, Mountains of Cappadocia reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours.

If a tour is canceled by us, customers will be offered:

A full refund, or

An alternative date, based on their preference.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during booking.

Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the bank and payment provider.
Changes to Reservations

Changes to reservation date or number of participants are subject to availability.

All change requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Force Majeure
Mountains of Cappadocia shall not be held responsible for cancellations caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or extreme weather conditions.
