PARTIES
SELLER: Mountains of Cappadocia
BUYER: The customer making the online reservation.
SUBJECT
This agreement governs the purchase of tour, activity, and accommodation services offered through the Mountains of Cappadocia website via remote (online) means.
SERVICE DETAILS
The details of the purchased service are specified in the reservation confirmation page and confirmation e-mail.
Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
PAYMENT
Full payment is collected online at the time of reservation.
The reservation is confirmed only after successful payment.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour date: full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour date: non-refundable.
No-shows are not eligible for any refund.
SELLER OBLIGATIONS
Mountains of Cappadocia undertakes to deliver the service as described. In case of cancellation by the seller, a full refund or an alternative date will be offered.
BUYER OBLIGATIONS
The buyer agrees to provide accurate and complete information during the reservation process.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Turkish Consumer Courts and Arbitration Committees are competent authorities for disputes arising from this agreement.
